Customer could have faced 500 errors between 12:44PM, and 13:14PM Pacific time, when trying to update the configuration of their phone numbers. We will continue to monitor for system stability. We'll provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.

Our engineers have identified the issue 500 errors when updating Phone numbers configuration, and are working to deploy a fix. Customers who have tried to update their phone number configuration in the past few minutes, should be able to do it now without errors.
