We are monitoring to confirm that SendGrid users on Azure Marketplace are no longer experiencing account management issues, and will provide another update in 30 minutes.

Investigating

Our engineering team is investigating issues impacting SendGrid users on Azure Marketplace:
- unable to complete setup (fails with error 502)
- single sign-in step fails (fails with error 403)
- unable to complete plan changes such as: upgrades, downgrades, cancellations

We will provide another update in 1 hour, or as soon as more information becomes available.
