Our SMS carrier partner in the United States and Canada is conducting an emergency maintenance from 09 May 2025 at 20:15 PDT until 10 May 2025 at 00:00 PDT. During the maintenance window, there could be intermittent delays delivering SMS to and from United States and Canada handsets via subset of United States and Canada short codes.

We are aware of the short notice and are working with our Carrier Partners to provide earlier notification where possible.
