We continue investigating an intermittent issue: when the customer attempts to register an emergency address to a phone number, the registration fails and the number remains in an unregistered status. The customer may also see 'Could not add Emergency Address Please try again later ' error. We will provide another update in 16 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
