Scheduled - Twilio SendGrid is deprecating a group of legacy IP addresses previously used to reach SendGrid via API and SMTP API.
Customers using legacy Twilio SendGrid IP addresses instead of official domain names (e.g., sendgrid.com or smtp.sendgrid.net) will be affected and should update their configurations immediately.
Engineering will temporarily disable the legacy IPs during the following maintenance windows prior to full removal:
August 24: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM PST (Temporary disablement)
August 25: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM PST (Temporary disablement)
August 27: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM PST (Temporary disablement)
August 31: 9:00 AM PST (Permanent deprecation)
