Our SMS and MMS carrier partner in the United States and Canada is conducting an emergency maintenance from 23 October 2025 at 23:45 PDT until 24 October 2025 at 03:00 PDT. During the maintenance window, there could be intermittent delays delivering SMS and MMS to and from United States and Canada handsets via subset of United States and Canada long codes.

We are aware of the short notice and are working with our Carrier Partners to provide earlier notification where possible.
